Andy Jain is Sr. Partner in the Oracle Practice of VisionStream LLC. This practice is responsible for providing project management, integration services, and business solutions for OracleÕs E-Business Suite of Applications.

Mr. Jain has over 14 years of information systems, technology, and business process experience utilizing all phases of the systems development life cycle to propose, design, build, implement, and support large-scale internet, client/server, and mainframe based systems leveraging a variety of software tools, languages, and architectures. He possesses extensive ERP and E-Business experience with emphasis on Supply Chain, Customer Relationship Management, and Financial processes/systems. Mr. Jain has large Engagement Management experience across a wide variety of industries including Energy, Telecommunications, Distribution, and Media. Over the years he has led and delivered several Oracle Implementations.

Mr. Jain is currently managing a $7 million Oracle Implementation for a multi-billion dollar firm providing securities processing solutions, clearing and outsourcing services, and investor communications solutions. He consulting with C-level executives and leading a team of over 30 on-site, off-shore, and near-shore client and subcontracting staff, while performing staffing across multiple development venues and negotiating and managing contracts with the client and various subcontractors.

Sushil Gupta is Senior Manager, Development at VisionStream LLC.

Mr. Gupta has extensive experience of construction engineering and management. He is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with vast business experience of trading,distribution,realty,construction and manufacturing.He has handled construction projects from start to finish, some notables ones being Kanchanjunga Complex and Ashirwad Complex. Both of these were multimillion dollar Commercial and residential projects in Surat, India, which he completed prior to establishing his own manufacturing unit in 2003. His Indian practice is now managed by his son.

Mr. Gupta is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India.

Rahul Spall leads the Digital Media division at Visionstream LLC. This practice provides Visualization Graphics and Rich 4D-Interactive presentations.

Mr. Spall has over 5 years in Visualization, Motion Graphics and Interaction Design Experience. An a keen experimenter, he always stays on head of the curve to embrace latest technologies.

His multidisciplinary approach helps him to establish rationalized structure to provide solutions for mediums such as print, Television, CD-ROM, DVD and the web.

Mr. Spall holds a Masters' of Fine Arts Degree in Design+Technology from Parsons the New School for Design, New York, and holds an Undergraduate degree in Architecture from Indraprastha University, New Delhi, India.

Kunal Jain heads the Technology and New Media Streams at Visionstream LLC. This role reflects his understanding of the deep connections between technology and society.

Mr. Jain has over 14 years professional experience in digital media. With a special emphasis in the new media field handling Experience Design, Web Development, programming and System Administration, he has successfully overseen implementation of many different technologies and software applications in varied client environments and industries.

His academic and professional background in Architecture, Technology and Design and vast experience in developing a myriad of open-source platforms has placed him in a unique position to understand and adapt to many different project environments. He is an excellent communicator and has participated in many international, multicultural, and multinational project teams as a lead position and as well as a consultant.
